On behalf of Nepalese engineers in the UK, one of our founding members, Dr Binod Lal Amatya handed over a sum of £200 for KTM Metro Station Design R&D at Department of Architecture, Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk.
Dr Amatya has been one of the forerunners in advising the Nepal authorities and local communities on the transport issues and solutions for Kathmandu Valley through his persistent research and publications over the last decade and more.
We are committed to support engineering students’ work in Nepal and the KTM Metro campaign through interactions and interventions in the future.
